I don't have any personal opinions on Century 21 Redwood Realty other than to say that if Theresa Boyles trusts the company, then it must be a good one. She would not work at a place that she did not respect or trust. Theresa is a caring, honest, and professional realtor who doesn't mince words and gets the job done. She is a gem and I'm extremely grateful we found her and got to work with her. She is honest about the whole building/buying process and we enjoyed learning from her expertise. Without her, we would have missed a great number of items and been very unhappy in the end. We worked on this purchase for over 6 months and she was exceptional at running interference with the builder, providing good contacts to get inspections done and also for financing of our new home (among other things). She was also a sympathetic ear for me to vent to about the difficulties of dealing with so many things at once and the great many items required by the lender we went with.

We also worked with Theresa to sell our home. Her advice was invaluable. It took us a long four months to get our house ready to sell but she was there for whatever we needed. In the end, we decided that renting was a better option. I never heard a single complaint from her. And if we ever decide to sell our home in the future, she will be our sellers agent. I wouldn't work with anyone else as long as she's still in the business. Finding an agent you can trust is extremely hard.
